Ray and I were great childhood friends. All through elementary school and high school we were playmates, debate partners and friends. He lived just across the street from me during my elementary years. I have many fond memories of Ray. He was a person of integrity, honor, morals and intellect. I am so sorry that he did not live longer. I am honored to have called him a friend.

Ray: He was the smartest guy in our class--took the hardest engineering courses at UK and worked at IBM. I think (not sure) he worked on the first IBM Typewriters with the ball that did the typing. He left us way to early!!! David C.
